The receptionist at this hotel was really helpful and kind. She went out of her way to help me get a taxi early in the morning. the hotel also had a great location, just a short walk away from the subway station. Another positive aspect was that the room had a nice view from the window.
the room was not very clean and there were bugs in the bed.

The hotel is situated close to a subway station, making it convenient to access other parts of the city. the staff member at the reception desk was helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. these were the only positives about the stay.
The hotel had several issues like cigarette smoke odors that could be smelt in non-smoking rooms which might not be suitable for non-smokers.

The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. They were quick to offer suggestions on where to eat and were always available to answer any questions I had. the location was perfect for my business trip. It was close to my meetings and had easy access to public transportation. Lastly, the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for my stay.
I did notice a bit of a cigarette smell in my "non-smoking" room. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was enough to make me notice it and my throat felt a bit sore after my stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to arrange a taxi for our early morning airport departure. Best aspects include the clean facilities, convenient location near transportation, and the delicious breakfast. The staff was also very accommodating and kind.
